We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise data ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role will be instrumental in shaping data strategy, governance, and next-generation analytics capabilities across the organization.

Strategic Responsibilities:
- Architect and govern scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms
- Define enterprise data strategy across Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and MDM
- Lead the design of robust ETL frameworks and data integration pipelines
- Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and compliance standards
- Drive adoption of modern data architectures (Bronze / Silver / Gold layers)
- Partner with business and technology leaders to enable data-driven decision-making
Technology Expertise:
- Azure Data Factory
- Microsoft Fabric
- MS SQL Database
- Informatica or equivalent ETL / MDM platforms
- Power BI and enterprise reporting solutions
Core Leadership Capabilities:
